1. Delivery Areas

SOCKS delivers to all regions across Lebanon. Our dedicated delivery and shipping team ensures reliable and efficient delivery to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Fees

All product prices on the Site include sales tax (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs. Shipping fees are applied at checkout.

Standard delivery to all areas in Lebanon: USD 5.00
This flat-rate fee applies to all orders, regardless of location within Lebanon.

3. Delivery Times

Our delivery and shipping team aims to provide fast and consistent service. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

Beirut & surrounding areas: 1–3 business days
All other areas in Lebanon: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, public holidays, or operational delays.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (excluding Cash on Delivery, where applicable).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You may be contacted by our delivery and shipping team when your order is out for delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery and shipping team will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address information,
Customer unavailability, or
Inability to reach the customer,

A re-delivery attempt may be scheduled, and additional delivery fees may apply in accordance with our delivery policy.

6. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a confirmation or delivery update from SOCKS or from our delivery and shipping team.

7. Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

High order volumes,
Weather, road, or security conditions,
Operational issues affecting delivery, or
Other factors beyond our control.

SOCKS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your order and resolving any delivery-related concerns.
